Mokshagna Teja, the loving son of Nandamuri Balakrishna made scathing remarks criticizing YSRCP leaders who are targeting and criticizing his father. The name change of NTR health university as Dr YSR health university creates ripples in the Andhra Pradesh politics.
TDP founder and former chief minister N T Rama Rao’ younger son and TDP legislator Nandamuri Balakrishna also issued a statement on the development. He took to social media and wrote, “NTR is just not a name, to change or remove from an institution. The term “NTR” represents a culture and a civilisation. It is the backbone of Telugu race.
He also said, “YSR changed the name of the airport; and son (Jagan Mohan Reddy), who ascended the throne, has changed the name of the university. But be careful. There are people and five natural elements (pancha bhootalu) which are going to change you altogether.”
YSRCP leaders are attacking Balakrishna’ comments. Mokshagna Teja gave a strong counter to the criticism of his father. He took to his twitter and said, “Some dogs have been barking at Balayya on social media for the past two days. You can’t even scratch Balayya’s hair. When the time will come, everyone will come to his feet; Only the time will tell the answer.”
Jr NTR, Kalyan Ram, Nara Rohit have also raised their voice on the name change of NTR University on social media platforms.
